These general conditions of sale constitute an integral and essential part of the sales contract, for this reason they must be examined "online" by the customer before completing the purchase procedure.

Sending the order confirmation implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of the same.

OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on www.moirastore.it . The products and the performance of its e-commerce activity are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. “Consumers” of age (+18 years).

1.2 When we talk about " consumer " we mean any natural person who acts on www.moirastore.it for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. If you do not belong to the "consumer" category, abstain from any product on www.moirastore.it

HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER

2.2 The order form contains a link to these Conditions of Sale and to the information on the right of withdrawal, and a summary of the information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its price.

All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.moirastore.it , which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, include VAT.

2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form and, after having verified the accuracy of the data relating to your order, accepts the payment.

2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the product by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms & Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal.

2.5 The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the order and as required by law.

2.6 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct any input errors.

2.7 The languages ​​available for concluding the contract with the Seller are Italian.

2.8 After the contract, the seller will pay for your purchase order

2.9 The Seller may not process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of security or solvency, are incomplete, incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products displayed on www.moirastore.it are no longer available for sale at the time of your last visit to the site or when you send the order form, the Seller will promptly notify the user and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you send your order to the Seller, of the unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount paid in advance.

2.10 By submitting the order form, the consumer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to take into account in his/her relationship with the Seller, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms of the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.moirastore.it

2.11 By submitting the order confirmation form, the consumer undertakes to accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on www.moirastore.it , including via links, including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the Privacy Policy.

2.12 With the contract, the Seller will send them, via email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (please refer to the General Conditions of Sale and Right of Withdrawal, the relevant information, the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of price, payment methods, right of withdrawal and delivery costs).

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products compared to the corresponding market standards.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.moirastore.it within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.moirastore.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. The consumer is invited to verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

MODIFICATION AND UPDATE

The General Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.moirastore.it
