RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) can be returned for a refund or for an exchange of size and color within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

ORIGINAL CONDITIONS

Items that are returned must not have any imperfections, must be in the same condition in which they were sent and packaged with the original packaging. You can return unused items to moirastore.it within 14 days from the delivery date, after writing and receiving confirmation from info@moirastore.it

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST

The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

1. within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, you must send the return request to info@moirastore.it
2. Products must meet all the original conditions listed above.

THE CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING COMPENSATION OPTIONS:

1.CHANGE SIZE OR COLOR

Items can be exchanged when a different size or color of the same item code is available. The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged. Exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility on all exchanges. For more information, send an email to info@moirastore.it

2. REFUND

The cost of the returned products will be refunded, but not the cost of the original shipping. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund will be made. If the Customer paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in 10 days and will be visible on the statement; Processing time may vary depending on your credit card company. In case the Customer paid by Bank Transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer of moirastore.it must be able to purchase the product they want with complete peace of mind. If customers are not satisfied with the order for any reason, they have the possibility to return the unused goods within 14 days from the delivery date. Items can only be returned for refund and size/color exchange reasons. Customers must follow the OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY of moirastore.it as described below:

-Returned items must not be worn, altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted.

-in case of an error in the order or incorrect or defective goods by moirastore.it the customer must contact our customer service by email at info@moirastore.it

IMPORTANT :
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
A maximum of 1 return request is allowed per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).

RETURN SHIPMENTS

The return shipping is at the customer's expense, as soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund of the order placed will be made.
